Summary

The Academic Counselor provides educational guidance and assistance by planning schedules, recommending courses and determining appropriate education solutions for an assigned case load/portfolio of business majors, minors and other students enrolled in business courses. The position also requires utilization of a CRM system such as Salesforce to manage advising and a student information system database such as Banner to access student academic records.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.* At least 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

* Advising experience in higher education.
