The Client Success Specialist is the sales support resource for the entire Securitas Technology portfolio but focused primarily on the needs of our Commercial and Residential North American clients. This individual will possess exceptional presentation and sales skills, driving execution of sales qualification, and efforts for ST XaaS and Core including XaaS subscriptions. The goal of all initiatives is to match the right customer with the right solution to drive the engagement of Securitas Technology. This role is remote to North Ameria, preferably within Mountain/Pacific time zones.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow up on all new and existing customer inquiries, based on geographic and vertical alignment; including acquisitions, reactivations and upsells
  • Monitor all channels (email, phone, leads, video conference, social) and offer exceptional proactive & on-demand product guidance and support
  • Troubleshoot customer problems and differentiate user error vs. valid technical issues
  • Be an active team member and participate in all communication channels and attend assigned meetings
  • Support clients and account executives regarding upgrades/renewals/resigns

Daily Task
  • Identify client needs, present XaaS and Core portfolio to provide a more qualified prospect to the Core Security Consultant (10%)
  • Hear beyond the customers' tactical request, consult with empathy towards a solution that leverages product portfolio (50%)
  • Stay up to date with new products, new services and pricing related to (5%):
    • Core Security, Data Analytics Trends, Access Control, Video Surveillance
    • Network Solutions (Cybergenic Solutions, Cyber Security)
    • Emergency Preparedness, Occupancy Screening (Visitor Management)
  • Continuously monitor customer account activity to ensure continued use and success of the existing solutions (5%)
  • Alert manager and escalate issues that are impeding customer success when requests cannot effectively be resolved to the appropriate party (5%)
  • Complete all task and activities within CRM (Salesforce) (5%)
  • Complete all call/dialing activities within provided call center dialer (Five9/TBD) (5%)
  • Attend required company meetings as assigned by Manager and/or Sr. Director (5%)
  • Attend all Five9/Ring Central/Avaya (Dialer) Shifts as assigned by Manger and/or Sr. Director (10%)
Qualifications
  • Associates or Technical degree from an accredited university required, preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
  • 1-3 yrs. of experience particularly a software pre-sales or solutions sales role presenting via webinars extensively and experience in front of customers
  • 1-2 years of prospecting large national and strategic enterprise accounts with ARR over 50,000 annually
  • Proficiency in analyzing customer's business, current applications, and converting business needs into a viable solution
  • Capable of engaging and leading conversations with prospects
  • Proven track record of achieving KPI's of 80% average or more over past 2 quarters.
  • Strong attention to detail, time-management skills and resilient when faced with adversity.
  • Intermediate / advanced skills with Microsoft Office, Adobe, DocuSign, etc)
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamic, Zoho)
  • Experience with smart prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Zoom, Seamless AI, etc)
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technological concepts and processes.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (verbal & written) preferred.
