Our Account Managers are responsible for the retention activities of assigned accounts, strengthening client and account relationships, while creating future business opportunities. AM's collaborate with peers, leaders, and stakeholders to deliver target membership, retention, and solution outcomes.
This position supports Large group accounts. Based in Meridian, Idaho, it requires an onsite presence in Meridian Idaho/the surrounding area. #LI-Hybrid
Required Experience: 2-4/+ years' sales, account management or related experience. Previous industry experience in group health insurance is preferred.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (Two years' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)
Required Licenses/Certifications: State of Idaho Resident License or must obtain within 120 days of hire
Required Travel & Events: travel and/or attend off site events during and outside of standard working hours.
