Ultimate Staffing is working with a premier client in Fresno who is looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk that thrives in a fast pace environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Accountant looking to build a rewarding career

Duties:
Processes accounts payable, prepares check run for signature and codes checks to proper chart of account.
Prepares payroll tax liability payments
Coordinates daily bank deposits.
Monitors bank balances.
Reconcile daily cash deposit .
Review billing and posts payments
Perform monthly bank reconciliation on all accounts and credit card accounts.
Maintains aged report
processes 1099s

Requirements:
2 years of experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Team player
Works well in fast pace environment
