We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Office Accounting Clerk to join our team in Pasadena, CA. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily data entry tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and documents.
• Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasting.
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other accounting-related materials.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
