We are a company in the HVAC industry are looking to add a new Administrative Assistant to our team! HVAC Indusrty expereince is a HUGE plus.

Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Provide backup phone support to service, parts and dispatch team.
  • Assist with warranty follow-up, email customers, techs, enter into database.
  • Review work orders, update spreadsheets, & follow up on delayed parts
  • Schedule weekly training and maintain online course enrollment.
  • Sort and distribute invoices for the Service Department,
  • Assist with billing, reports, other correspondence.
  • Maintain filing of records, electronic and physical.
  • Track weekly Service Tech hours.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of previous administrative or customer service experience in an office setting.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • Microsoft skills required (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to communicate with people tactfully and with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • EXCELLENT written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, percent's, etc.

Additional Information:
  • Pay range: $23/hr-$26/hr(depending on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
  • Location: Roseville, 100% Onsite
