Administrative Support - Distribution

Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Administrative Support for our Operations team in Los Angeles, CA.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates distribution center and regional order reporting
  • Process and maintain accounting records.
  • Handling inbound/outbound phone calls e-mail and facsimile documents.
  • Assisting with Daily Operations Tasks including audits, report generation, and order analysis, as assigned.
Qualifications Include:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic Computer Skills, including experience with Microsoft 365.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Positive Attitude, and a willingness to learn.
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
