Job Title: Analyst - Programs
Department: E&D Electric System Engineering
Reports to: Mgr Workforce Planning & Resources Mgt
Location: In Office, Rochester NY, Orange CT
The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $69,260.80 - $86,576
Provide fiduciary, scheduling, documentation control, reporting, data
analyses, organization, planning, logistical and technical support to
Program Managers.
MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop program budget and accounting, including reconciliation,
journal entries, and accruals, and working with USS Accounting, to
resolve accounting questions. Communicate accounting rules and
guidelines. Ensure budget is properly reflected in overall corporate
budget. Monitor actual costs and conduct variance analysis. Generate
CROs and verify invoices. (P,15%)
2. Develop master program/project schedule for assigned projects.
Maintain and monitor schedule to ensure timely completion of all tasks
and ensure key milestones are achieved. Escalate critical issues or
problems to the Program/Project Manager.(P,15%)
3. Organize and maintain program/project records. Establish files and
security access. Consolidate records at program/project closure. (P,5%)
4. Develop program/project documents including but not limited to:
meeting agendas and minutes, management status reports, memos, charts,
presentations, etc. Maintain master documents with multiple authors.

5. Plan and organize meetings, web calls, conference calls, video calls,
portals and events. (P,5%)
6. Coordinate procurement technical processes including contract
development, bidder questions and answers and bid evaluation. Develop
and implement change management process and maintain change control
database. Work with procurement to ensure that all work performed
externally is both authorized and funded by contractual documentation.

7. Conduct spreadsheet and database analyses.(P,10%)
8. Assist in analyzing functional specifications to ensure proposed
technical solutions meet program requirements. Design and test new and
modified operating methods and systems. (P,10%)
9. Generate reports and extract requirements, and validate results,
utilizing SAP Business Warehouse. (P,10%)
10. Coordinate data requests and support development of testimony and
other documentation in regard to project-related regulatory proceedings,
litigation and/or audits. (P,5%)
11. Possess efficient time management skills to support multiple
projects simultaneously. (P,5%)

Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, Power Point & Word).
Microsoft Project (scheduling).
Microsoft Visio (flowcharting & business diagramming).
Knowledge of SAP for project cost control.
Knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse for extracts & reports.
Experience/Training:
Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Knowledge of schedule systems such as Microsoft Project.
Knowledge of SAP financial systems.
Required Education:
Associates degree in a related discipline preferred.
