Key Responsibilities:

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Supply Chain Analyst to support the Plant Supply Chain team to ensure the company's Continuous Improvement goals and initiatives are met.

This role will work closely with and support the manufacturing, warehouse, quality, and finance teams to ensure company inventory controls around manufacturing, inventory management and financial reporting are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires excellent communication and influencing skills as we continually strive to enhance inventory control & management processes through focusing on the right first time.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the progress and execution of Supply Chain Lean Six Sigma initiatives
  • Lead discovery sessions and run iterations of business cases for cost saving solutions
  • Perform daily review of Inventory dashboards and control measures, collaborating with teams to ensure trends, errors and differences are investigated and resolved effectively
  • Daily SAP monitoring: reviewing associated trends and reduce/eliminate reoccurrence
  • Complete monthly reconciliation between SAP & our internal warehouse management systems to assess data accuracy and work with areas to ensure discrepancies are thoroughly investigated and resolved timely
  • Inventory counting - complete cycle counts as per agreed count plan. Ensure results of the count are compared to the perpetual inventory record, and any material differences are recounted, investigated, and reconciled
  • Review and understand inventory control requirements and work to ensure internal controls and measures are in place to ensure compliance
  • Develop and enhance inventory control measures and KPI's, review processes and routines to continuously improve and eliminate waste
  • Support and provide guidance for Inventory investigations

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related fields, preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment for one of the following areas: Inventory control, Production or Logistics operations, required
  • Hands-on experience executing Lean Six Sigma initiatives
  • Advanced, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems, preferred
  • Experience in working with large data sets to solve problems and provide insights into trends
  • Knowledge of Power BI to provide visual insights into data is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Trouble shooting, critical thinking skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Well-structured methodical approach to work, able to multi-task & prioritize
  • Willingness to work onsite daily in the Bradenton Plant - 10% travel expected for training and non-routine, facility visits
  • Must have permanent, unrestricted U.S. work authorization (citizen, green card, or unrestricted EAD)
