Our client is seeking an experienced Archer Administrator to join their team. This role requires a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual who can provide leadership and support to the Integrated Risk Management system for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the IT portion of a project, ensuring team buy-in, and sharing best practices within the work group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to all IT-related aspects of the project
- Manage integration (planning), global alignment, scope, cost, and resource management for the project
- Handle time management, resource planning, quality management, communications management, risk management, and procurement management
- Configure Archer to meet project requirements, including user interface, troubleshooting, configuration, data feed/imports, maintenance, permissions security, and service manager and JIRA updates
- Develop standard Archer requirements document for end user and tools team to utilize through the design, build, testing, and implementation process
- Enhance user experience per requirements and provide navigation training as needed
- Design Dashboard/iView/Reports per business area requirements
- Manage internal services like CyberArk and Active Directory Group management that support Archer program
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Archer Certified Administrator (Specialist or Expert) with at least 3 years of experience
- Program and Project management experience
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) space
- Experience with all Archer Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Solutions/Use Cases/Applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex tasks and resolve in an efficient manner
- Skills in Information Security Project Management, User Interface, Data Feed Maintenance, Jira Procurement, Communications Management, Time Management, Problem-Solving, User Experience, Use Cases, Governance, Risk, and Compliance
