Position Overview:
As an Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will be pivotal in enhancing our employees' daily experiences by actively seeking and implementing process improvements. Your role will require you to juggle multiple responsibilities, adapt to shifting priorities, and communicate effectively with team members, clients, supervisors, and external partners to maintain efficient facility operations and high-quality maintenance services.

Daily Responsibilities:

Morning Briefing: Kick off your day with a team meeting to align on priorities, safety updates, and ongoing maintenance issues.

Work Orders Management: Assess, prioritize, and assign work orders for both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Facility Walkthrough: Perform regular facility inspections to detect and address maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and cleanliness standards.

Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations established by Cushman & Wakefield and relevant authorities.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Review maintenance data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and create reports for management.

Team Supervision and Development: Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to maintenance technicians, including performance evaluations, training, and coaching.
Qualifications:

Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role with a track record of managing KPIs and maintenance programs. Proven ability to motivate and manage a team is essential.

Safety Expertise: Strong knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and best practices related to maintenance. Experience in safety training and audits is highly desirable.

Educational Background: A 4-year degree with 3 years of leadership experience, or a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in lieu of a degree. Relevant degrees or certifications in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, facilities management, or related fields are advantageous.
Compensation and Schedule:

Salary: $95,000 - $116,000 annually, plus a 10% bonus incentive.

Shifts: 4x12-hour shifts, with options from 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM or 4:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Shifts available are Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday. Flexibility is essential.
