Main Responsibilities:

  • Guide analytical stake holders to build/determine pharmacy performance in key metrics and understand what is impacting the key metrics.
  • Provide insights based on data metrics and action plans in coordination with Specialty Liaison.
  • Support Sanofi's data aggregation partner to ensure pharmacies meet service level expectations for data quality: timeliness; completeness; accuracy; etc.
  • Ability to think strategically and create HCP & Patient solutions identified through data assessment.
  • Proactively identify performance against KPI's. Lead performance monitoring with accountable owners ensuring proactive identification of potential risks to project timelines or expected impact. Provide regular updates across appropriate teams.
  • Identify adherence and conversion rate opportunities to drive improvement to patient experience.
  • Develop interventions and actions that will improve overall performance and partner with analytical stake holders to develop interventions.
  • Support end to end patient journey and process flows.
  • Evaluate core vs enhanced services and provide recommendations or changes to continuously improve patient experience.
  • Support management of Budget ensuring regular status updates across the leadership team and proactive communication of vendor and contract status to ensure timely execution of updates with finance and procurement partners.
  • Manage a process to memorialize all escalations and channel information to the Quality Improvement Team for evaluation and delivering process improvements to improve the patient experience.
  • Drive the end-to-end management of key ad-hoc projects/data request/insights dashboard to support delivery of best-in-class PSS execution.
  • In collaboration with Leadership Team create a mindset of continuous improvement and execution excellence in service to the positive impact for the patient across the organization.
  • You will be a member of the Strategy & Operations Planning Leadership Team and model executive presence and an enterprise mindset.
  • You will foster strategic alignment and close collaboration between cross-functional, alliance and department teams.
  • You will ensure processes are set to support an agile working environment and ability to deliver excellence in execution.
  • You will be a driver that continuously seeks opportunities to share areas of improvement across the department and cross-functional organization.
  • You will be a key player in establishing an environment of transparency, collaboration, thoughtful risk-taking, and culture of innovative thinking and continuous improvement.

About You
  • 5+ years in Pharmacy environment with project management experience
  • 2+ years in Specialty Pharmacy or Patient Support Services experience preferred.
  • Experienced in leading by influence and drive in matrix driven project teams / organizations.
  • Agile mindset and practice: ensure the correct pace of the acceleration being outcome goal oriented.
  • 2+ years in driving data insights and recommended actions to improve Pharmacy or Patient Support Services Programs
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge status quo, be persistent and resilient.
  • Pharmacy degree/MBA preferred
  • MBA
  • Self-starter with strong project management and leadership skills
  • Specialty Pharmacy business knowledge and understanding of key market dynamics in PSS.
  • Financial and analytical skills
  • Structured, with strong communication skills including writing.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, strong team player.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in autonomy with limited guidelines.
