RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a BA/Business Relationship Management Generalist in Tampa, FL.Summary:The Business Analyst/Business Relationship Management Generalist will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and communicate to executives and stakeholders. This role includes supporting the Program manager by writing and sharing communications, managing project tasks, sharing project status, technical writing for documentation processes, and training documentation.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with CX1 or another customer support platform and BMC Helix another service management/operations management platform is a plus
- Technical experience with a customer support platform and BMC Helix or similar service/operations management platforms is desired
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field
- Proven experience in technical writing and creating training documentation
- Extensive experience in implementing customer service/support platform and service management platform projects including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, or similar systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Proficient in the technical aspects of SDLC
- Understands the concepts of Agile Development
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
