RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a BI Reporting Analyst IV in Tucson, AZ.Duties:- BI Reporting Analyst IV performs business analysis using various techniques (e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining)
- Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current business operations
- Works directly with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements
- As a BI Reporting Analyst IV, you may help to produce ad hoc data and reports
- May assist in implementing or developing systems to capture business operation information
- May occasionally guide less experienced business data analysts
- Building Dashboards and Data: Collaborate with the team to design and build comprehensive dashboards and data sets to support Sales and Operations decision-making processes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, a related field or equivalent work experience required; Master's degree preferred
- Strong business acumen and exceptional analytical ability with 5+ years of industry experience with data analysis/data science/operations research
- Proficient in SQL, data visualization (Qlik, Tableau, QuickSight), and scripting languages (Python, R)
- Highly proficient in Tableau, Qlik Sense, Excel, or similar software
- Experience in programming languages, automation tools, and stats packages (e.g. Python) is a plus; Comfortable creating re-usable data pipelines
- Experience in querying and manipulating large data sets
- Exceptional ability to take initiative, be a self-starter, and solve problems
- Outstanding communications skills with the ability to influence decision makers and build consensus with teams
- Proactive and inquisitive learner who seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that enhance the business, rather than reacting to circumstances
- Strong organizational skills, time management, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
