What we're looking for:

As the strategic content lead of ideation and execution, this position will work closely with the Sr. Manager of Brand Experience, internal creative team and business units to develop, sell-in, and execute content marketing and social media campaigns in support of our brand objectives. In this role you will lead strategic, long-lead campaign planning while also identifying opportunistic cultural moments that would be relevant for brand participation. This role will advocate and oversee quality control for content that supports the brand, business, and its community.

What you'll do:

  • Own and project manage end-to-end content creation, partnering with creative designers, the photo and video studio, copywriters, product marketing, communications, and other cross-functional teams to identify and resource content needs for each project.
  • Partner with Sr. Manager of Brand Experience to build a strategic and cohesive vision and story across all owned, paid, earned and shared channels
  • Develop and maintain cross-channel editorial calendars
  • Identify opportunities to inject Mohawk into the conversation and participate in trends, and current topics
  • Work closely with product marketing teams to ensure consistency and reach of messages
  • Lead online communities demonstrating best practices to develop a growing online community of followers
  • Manage user-generated content hub and build ongoing relationships
  • Continually refine your content mix and strategy toward better engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively
  • Leverage web analytics, social media, and external best practices to guide content creation and report on performance.
What you have:
  • Bachelor's degree (preffered) in a related discipline and 3-5 years social media and content marketing experience, ideally working in a big brand setting.

What you're good at:
  • A deep understanding and passion for the social media universe including Facebook, X, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Solid understanding of digital content strategies
  • Exceptional team player who displays excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with a wide range of individuals
  • Result-oriented and drives optimization through reporting and analytics
  • Enthusiasm and passion for creative and persuasive communication with excellent grammar skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience building brand stories and narratives from briefings and translating them for creative teams.
  • Experience building briefs for video scripts, social media, presentations, blogs, SEM and SEO.
  • Possesses emotional intelligence when facilitating online conversations with consumers and responding to queries on behalf of residential brands.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with poise and professionalism
  • Graphic design experience is preferred
  • Use of Canva, CapCut and other editing apps and platforms preferred
