Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Business Analyst within our team. This role is for a full-time employee, or we will consider a contractor with the experience, skills and focus on customer delivery we do as a company. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement gathering
• Creating requirement traceability matrix
• Develop and execute test scripts
• Facilitate JAD sessions
• Conduct As-Is, To-Be and Gap analysis

Qualifications:

• Four years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated responsibility for conducting requirements gathering and documenting sessions, developing, and executing testing protocols (including building test data files) and developing file layout specifications.
• Minimum three years of experience in each of the following:
  • Traceability Matrix Documentation
  • Use Case Diagrams
  • GAP Analysis Documentation
  • Writing Test Cases
  • Business Requirements Documentation

• Two years of experience participating in or conducting JAD sessions

Preferred:

• Ability to work & closely collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of 820 and 834 X12 EDI files and formats
• Public sector healthcare experience is a huge plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders at the same time
• Strong organizational skills
• Analytical and problem-solving aptitude along with being able to research policy documentation to infer potential requirements

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current

annual range is $80,800 to $129,300. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. This position is classified as exempt in accordance with applicable law.

If applicable, hires for these projects will be required to obtain a Federal Public Trust Clearance (Moderate Background Investigation). This clearance process may start upon offer acceptance; and must be cleared prior to working on these projects.
