Direct Placement Recruiter

Are you a self-motivated sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit? The Judge Group is actively seeking confident, goal-oriented professionals looking to start or advance their careers in a sales-driven environment.

The Judge Group is looking for a Direct Placement Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment process from identifying business opportunities to the recruiting and fulfillment of our client's most critical staffing needs. As a direct hire recruiter, you will be responsible for the development and growth of a client base through strategic sales activity. This includes developing relationships with key hiring managers, negotiating all business terms, and securing partnerships mutually beneficial to both the Judge Group and our clients. Recruiters are also responsible for conducting job postings, searching/sourcing resumes, screening/identifying qualified candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and managing the clients and candidates through the entire hiring process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build client relationships through cold calling, business development, and staffing fulfillment
  • Secure new business through the development of strong relationships with key client managers, talent acquisition and senior executives
  • Responsible for driving successful sales and recruitment process through effective client and candidate engagement
  • Guide/manage both clients and candidates throughout the entire interview process
  • Utilize recruiting techniques/tools to identify and attract top industry professionals within the Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain industries
  • Develop job posting, searching/sourcing resumes, and interviewing candidates to identify qualified candidates
  • Present qualified candidates to our clients, and manage clients and candidates through the entire hiring process.
  • Successfully expand and maintain existing client base by maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective business
  • Develop/execute recruitment strategies through the efforts of networking, proactive recruiting, LinkedIN/Social media and other well-established recruitment efforts

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Sales, Business Development, Account Manager or Recruiter role
  • Account penetration / business presentation / effective sales and marketing background
  • Proven sales track record - Account Manager / Business Development
  • Ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
