Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Business Process Architect to join their team. This role is a unique blend of business analysis, architecture, and technology, primarily focusing on Salesforce. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between the business and IT teams, crafting strategic process diagrams and mapping solutions to address business challenges in the Commercial Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with both business and IT teams to develop strategic process diagrams and solutions
- Work on projects involving AI use cases, such as capital match and investor-property matching
- Design processes that integrate across multiple systems and technologies, ensuring smooth data flow and functional coherence
- Craft end-to-end lifecycle processes to be built out by the IT team

The ideal candidate will have a management consulting background and a strong understanding of Salesforce, AI, Salesforce CRMA, and data analytics. They should also have experience in Azure and integrating AI-driven technologies.

Required Professional Experience:
- 8+ years of proven experience in business process architecture, process improvement, and business transformation
- Demonstrated ability to create and map process solutions related to Salesforce, AI, data modeling, and Azure
- Experience in data modeling and system integrations with Salesforce
- Experience integrating AI-driven technologies
- Management consulting background strongly preferred
- Commercial Real Estate (CRE) experience is strongly preferred
