RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst.Responsibilities:- Work with end users on translating business requirements into a Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- Drive implementation timeline from business requirements definition, development and testing, to deployment and support/maintenance
- Balance multiple projects and prioritize/re-prioritize based off of team capacity and manage scope changes
- Consult on Atlassian best practices on how tool can be configured for a process
- Help develop processes and standards in a collaborative way, then help socialize and govern/enforce
- Familiar with different project management methodologies - Scrum, waterfall, Kanban, etc.
- Be the main point of contact for any given solution and keep projects on track
- Be a contributing member of a team and help drive organizational change to improve processes
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6-10+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience required
- 4+ years of Jira experience required
- Able to work with autonomy and minimal supervision
- Understand and have a strong grasp of the technical environment that supports the team
- Familiar with other ticketing and project management tools and able to do a gap analysis for migration to Jira
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
