This is exciting opportunity to join the Luxury Automotive Pod, where you'll work with a mix of established and emerging clients who view Meta as a crucial partner in their business. These clients are at the forefront of innovation across the US Automotive vertical, leveraging solutions such as Enhanced Signal, Business Messaging, Catalog Ads, and more to drive results across the funnel, and tiers. We're seeking a driven self-starter with a passion for turning no's into yes's. We're looking for someone who is analytical and technical with experience in Tableau, SQL, Excel, Lift Measurement, and can use data to uncover insights that enhance performance and grow our partnership. You will demonstrate bold, proactive thinking and execution with a focus on helping our pod unlock growth opportunities as we onboard the dealer part of the business to our Pod. This includes having technical knowledge in performance marketing, with an emphasis on Lead Generation, Catalog Solutions, and Optimal Signal Setup.To succeed in this role, you'll need to be comfortable with operating at scale supporting our Pod across multiple agencies, clients, and stakeholders across businesses and tiers. You'll need to know how to prioritize work based on long and short term impact, taking guidance from the Pod while also demonstrating autonomy and ownership of core projects, looping in cross-functional partners where needed. Client Solutions Manager, Luxury Automotive Responsibilities:
- Drive proactive media & measurement strategy, implementation, and optimizations to increase performance and investments
- Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
- Act as a product & insights expert, in partnership with Client Partner, to identify and implement marketing solutions that drive measurable business results for our partners
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)
- Craft narratives and recommendations from custom analyses, build presentations, and present findings to business stakeholders
- Design experimentation initiatives, develop experiment tracking, analyze results and present recommendations
- Oversee account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)
- Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams to project manage complex workstreams
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or client-facing strategy or analytical consulting role
- Advanced experience with spreadsheets and skill to structure and manipulate raw data into datasets for analysis
- Demonstrated experience analyzing data in a variety of different sources (Tableau, SQL, Excel), presenting the data D a clear and concise manner, and developing actionable insights.
- Proven track record in leveraging data, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases
- Experience confidently delivering insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with diverse set of cross-functional teams
- Experience influencing executives and clients
- Capacity to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with business case modeling and market/opportunity sizing
- Experience with Meta's full suite of advertising solutions
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams to improve products features and functionalities

$107,000/year to $171,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
