Job Description Summary
Medical Ethics and Health Policy is seeking a highly-motivated Clinical Research Coordinator A/B to be responsible for the day-to-day study operations for a randomized control trial that will test behavioral economic interventions on an online food platform to promote a healthier diet.
Job Description
The Clinical Research Coordinator A will work directly with the study principal investigator, Dr. Sophia Hua, and collaborate with research staff at the Center for food and Nutrition Policy. Essential functions of this position will include but are not limited to: update the study store; recruit and enroll participants; data collection and management; send groceries to participants; following IRB and human subjects policies and regulations; developing, updating, and managing study-related materials and documentation; communicating with participants; and other research duties as needed.
In addition to the above, the Clinical Research Coordinator B will have demonstrated research experience and administrative skills. Additional duties will include communications with a spectrum of stakeholders. The Clinical Research Coordinator B is expected to provide additional involvement in developing recruitment and other process strategies, presenting data and reports to the research team.

Qualifications
Clinical Research Coordinator A: BA/BS in nutrition or public health-related field and 1-2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
Clinical Research Coordinator B: BA/BS in nutrition or public health-related field and 2-3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
Both levels: Required: Strong organizational skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred: Experience carrying out health policy or public health research; experience entering data and making reports in REDCap; Chinese languages skills preferred. MPH preferred.
Position is contingent upon continued funding.
