POSITION SUMMARY

The ERS Offering Manager - Compliance Services is responsible for analyzing the market and developing the relevant compliance service solutions, launching it to market, identifying sales opportunities, conducting sales enablement, and delivering against expected service revenue targets. This role is responsible for measuring and reporting on Compliance solution KPIs, and managing the Compliance service program across cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of market analysis, strategic planning, and product management disciplines. This role demonstrates a collaborative approach between sales, marketing, technical, legal, and finance and is designed for an innovative self-starter. The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Market analysis of the Compliance market to understand customer needs and gaps
  • Develop and productize Compliance service solutions to launch to market
  • Develop service statement of work / service requirements
  • Develop market segmentation and positioning for Compliance services
  • Evaluate and establish service packages and appropriate pricing models
  • Develop marketing programs and work with sales leadership to drive program revenue
  • Establish and deliver against program KPIs
  • Execute marketing plans that include events, public relations, social media, digital marketing and branding
  • Create regular reporting cadence for specific program performance
  • Conduct market and competitive research and analysis to establish marketing strategies and new growth opportunities
  • Generate relevant content for use in thought-leadership and promotional materials that advance Compliance Services
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Compliance Services
  • Present at external events and internal training and meetings
  • Deliver sales enablement training and assets to support sales cycle
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and applicable
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy, or related field required -- MBA preferred
  • Broad based understanding of product management and marketing is essential.
  • Knowledge of the electrical industry and NFPA 70E and 70B is a plus.
  • Digital marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience with services marketing and/or product management
  • Experience with Pardot, PowerBI, Adobe Suite, Sharepoint is a plus
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (ie. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Manage by Influence skills
  • Based in Westerville, OH
TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED
  • ( 10% travel required)
