RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is working with a global luxury brand located in New York in search of a Commercial Logistics Parcel Associate to join their team! This position is full time, direct hire and on-site 5-days a week (37.5 hours). Responsibilities:
  • Encourage a culture of flexibility when working with teams in the Commercial Logistics division to ensure the successful accomplishment of assigned tasks in alignment with our standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the fulfillment of daily and monthly targets for outbound shipments
  • Handle both incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Safely transport packages
  • Track shipments and packages for monitoring purposes
  • Manage tasks related to reverse logistics
  • Assist with cycle counts and wall-to-wall inventory checks
  • Follow up on special sales orders with committed delivery dates
  • Ensure accuracy of all paperwork and shipping documentation
  • Participate in D365 testing updates
  • Oversee Ferrari hand-off process at the end of the day
  • Packing and managing all parcel-related tasks in D365
  • Understanding the procedures for both domestic and international outbound shipments using specific shipping carriers
  • Coordinating with the import/export department to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Ensuring accurate and timely closure of all shipping manifests by end of each day
  • Monitor and maintain the availability of supplies
  • Control and monitor accounts based on pre-assigned calendar schedules
  • Follow 5S protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform engraving tasks as required
  • Approve invoices on a bimonthly basis


REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Proficiency in relevant computer programs
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, and D365 (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to perform tasks and manage data effectively
  • Understanding and adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • SOP's: Knowledge and adherence to established SOPs to ensure consistent and efficient
workflows
  • Must be able to stand, to write, carry heavy objects, and perform data entry on a desktop computer; Use of a hammer, screwdriver and electronic power tools
  • Required to push and pull a cart carrying heavy materials and may be required to open crates
  • Required to carry no more than 100 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision as well as distance vision
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment picking and packing high-value items
  • Strong attention to detail as well as a team-oriented attitude is required of successful candidates
  • Learns quickly and is adaptable
  • Comfortable working with computers and can follow highly rigorous procedures

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
