The Communications Coordinator will support the Stanford Medicine Department of Radiology by executing day-to-day communication activities that support internal communication and enhance external visibility. This role involves assisting with the production of internal department-wide newsletters, managing timelines for content delivery, collaborating with institutional communicators, and developing other forms of communication materials based on new clinical and research developments. The coordinator will gather and organize content from various divisions and across the entire department, ensuring clear and timely communication of important announcements and community-building efforts. Managing the content strategy calendar will be a key responsibility, ensuring the timely publication of newsletters and other communications across relevant channels, such as email, websites, and online channels.Additional administrative duties will include tracking important department metrics, such as awards, research publications, and conference presentations, for internal and external communications.
