Community Outreach Specialist will work with stakeholders of the New Hampshire Rapid Response Access Point mental health crisis system. This individual will meet regularly in the community and with providers that support the system. The role requires significant in-state travel to represent Carelon under the direction of the Carelon RRAP leader.
