BC Forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Compliance Analyst I - Risk and Compliance in Moline, IL 61265

Job Title: Compliance Analyst I - Risk and Compliance
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Moline, IL 61265
Anticipated Start Date: 10/01/2024

Job Type: Contract (40 hrs. a week)

Pay Rate: $23-$24.29/Hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:
Run candidate pool reports for EEO-1/AAP reporting
- Support talent acquisition audit requests
- Support Region 4 for OFCCP compliance regulations, including Outreach efforts/data collection, pay transparency, Labor posters, disability accommodations, etc.
- Handle inquiries across business on compliance questions and situations

Requirements
-Research with Legal, Consultant & appropriate resources on OFCCP compliance matters
- Permanent residency requisitions
- Routine reporting - Open Req Report, DP Posting Report
- Audit Talent Acquisition processes for compliance

Skill set requirements:
The manager is looking for 3+ years of demonstrated experience with the following skills:
- Previous experience with OFCCP compliance guidelines
- Previous experience working with Talent Acquisition and Compliance
- Candidates must be able to follow established process documentation
- Strong experience with excel - particularly with creating pivot tables
- The position requires that candidates have experience with handling confidential information
