Our client is seeking a dedicated Contract Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is a 3-month contract with the potential for extension or conversion.

As a Contract Analyst, you will collaborate with field teams to develop pricing proposals and bulk purchase options. You will be responsible for drafting, executing, and implementing contract documents as needed, always working within the guidelines for contract approval, pricing approval, and contract creation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop pricing proposals and bulk purchase options in partnership with field teams
- Draft, execute, and implement contract documents upon request
- Work within guidelines for contract approval, pricing approval, and contract creation
- Seek approvals when outside of guidelines
- Manage contract creation from start to finish, utilizing internal and customer templates
- Review contract terms and coordinate with Legal and other departments on contract redlines
- Understand GPO contractual obligations and the impacts they have on various contracting processes and product launches

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with 3+ years of experience in business, finance, or strategic pricing and contracting preferred. Excellent written and oral communications skills with attention to detail are essential. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, remain organized, and work under general supervision. Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in Excel, is required.
