We are seeking a highly skilled part-time, Contract Attorney with expertise in construction defect and/or insurance defense litigation. Candidates must be barred in California and possess significant experience managing complex cases in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle case management and discovery, and motion practice in construction defect or insurance defense litigation.
• Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and legal documents.

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar membership.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction defect or insurance defense.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear, persuasive legal documents.
• Must submit a writing sample showcasing legal research and writing abilities.

This is a remote, contract position offering competitive compensation! Must be in San Diego, California in case there is a need for in-office projects.
