Our client, a generous and employee-oriented non-profit organization in the Bethlehem, PA area is in need of an Interim Controller or very strong Senior/Supervisor level Accountant to fill in for a medical leave, approx 3-6 months. Hybrid Schedule

$45-50/hour - hybrid schedule

Bethlehem, PA

Job focus:

• Manage and direct the finance and accounting group
• Oversee and direct accounting operations
• Preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements
• Monthly variance and budget variance analysis and preparation of monthly reports
• Management of annual budget, forecasting, and overall cost management

Required:

• Bachelors Degree in finance or accounting or related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• non-profit experience a big plus
