Job Summary:

The Corporate Trainer is responsible for ensuring that new hires receive comprehensive onboarding and corporate systems training. This position delivers, measures, and evaluates the ongoing effectiveness of onboarding and corporate systems training for new hires and conducts workshops and provides one-on-one corporate systems refresher training to all employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Facilitate new hire onboard orientation and train new employees on Stellantis Financial Services corporate systems including but not limited to Interactive Client, MS Outlook, Company Intranet, Concur, etc.
  • Provide refresher training to all Stellantis Financial Services employees on corporate systems including changes and enhancements.
  • Works with HR Generalist to gain an understanding of general benefits and onboarding documents to field basic questions during orientation.
  • Schedule appropriate training sessions.
  • Conduct formal and informal learning needs assessments to identify employees who need refresher training on corporate systems.
  • Set-up and facilitate virtual training webinars via Zoom or other conferencing tools. Oversees polling, technical supporting, troubleshooting and other issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
  • Maintain current, comprehensive integrated understanding of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Document behaviors or concerns from training sessions and consults with Managing Director, Leadership Development & Training.
  • Follow policies and procedures in all aspects of the position.
  • Contributes innovative, creative ideas to evolve and optimize the initiatives of the Leadership Development and Performance Improvement Center and positively impact business results.
  • Understand the parameters of confidentiality and essential trust. Holds private information in confidence.
  • Perform other assignments and duties as assigned by Management.

Location: Atlanta, Georgia or Houston, Texas. Minimal travel required.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to meet expectations for the duties identified. Education and Experience: Bachelor s degree and three to five years of corporate training experience is required. Consumer finance industry related experience is preferred.

Certifications: Certification through the Association for Talent Development and Birkman Method Assessment, preferred.

Language Skills: Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to create training presentations. Ability to effectively present information in one-to-one and in group situations to all levels of employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve problems and work across department boundaries independently. Must be organized, able to research and analyze information to make appropriate decisions.

Technical Skills

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate knowledge of the following Microsoft Office products: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of adult learning, e-learning, and distance learning principles preferred.
  • Knowledge of a LMS platform preferred.
  • Strong technical capability, experience in IT systems management preferred.
  • Experience with industry standard publishing formats such as SCORM and AICC preferred.
