As a Culture Specialist, you'll join our amazing People Services team to help create a workplace where everyone feels supported, inspired, and connected. Your mission? What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the mastermind behind activities, events, and initiatives that bring people together and keep our culture thriving. Here's what your day-to-day might look like:

• Plan and Execute. You're the MVP of making magic happen! With support from teammates at the Main Office, you'll orchestrate all the behind-the-scenes prep for everything from New Hire Orientation to team and family gatherings, office activities, employee surprises, celebrations, and beyond. When it's showtime, you'll ensure every detail is on point-from setup to cleanup. Whether it's coordinating logistics, crafting clear communications, or adding those extra-special touches, you'll make sure the employee experience is nothing short of amazing.
  
• Create Opportunities for Connection. By noticing what makes people unique and adding thoughtful touches, you'll create moments that make employees feel seen and appreciated. From fostering friendships to helping them participate in events or find their place in small groups, you'll ensure everyone feels like they belong.
  
• Be a Culture Champion for the Lenexa Office:
  
  • Be the go-to person for People Services teams when they visit Lenexa or rollout companywide programs there.
    
  • Team up with leaders to help make their events and activities successful and meaningful.
    
  • Show care for employees in thoughtful ways - whether it's organizing a meal train during a tough time or delivering a special gift to celebrate a 15-year anniversary.
