Position: Admin and Service Support Specialist

Location: Poway

Hours: Mon - Fri 7am - 4pm

Duration: Potential temp to hire, looking for long term member to join the team!

Pay Rate: $20- $23

Great opportunity to join an established, low turnover team! We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills and great attention to detail. You will be supporting customers for a well known San Diego based moving company. Duties include assisting potential customers with quotes and processes, helping moving crew with reports and needed event details and answering existing customers needs.

Responsibilities:

Answer calls and emails from potential customers

Respond to existing customers and help with "day of" events that arise

Process forms for relocation of goods, help with data entry for invoices

Assist leadership with regular reporting as needed

Help managers with crew timecards etc as finishing projects

Requirements:

Strong service skills, previous customer service experience ideal

Great attention to detail and ability to complete and process forms with detail

High School diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience

Able and willing to work onsite in Poway
