Weatherford, a leading organization in the Oil & Energy industry, is seeking a dedicated Intervention and Drilling Tools Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of equipment, adhering to Weatherford's stringent operational excellence and process safety (OEPS) standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, while demonstrating excellent technical skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, disassemble, and refurbish equipment and tools in accordance with work instructions and under close supervision.
  • Assist senior workshop personnel in the preparation and testing of equipment, following specified learning plans and training modules.
  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive/corrective maintenance on field equipment and tools, contributing to minimizing non-productive time and enhancing field service delivery.
  • Adhere to Weatherford's Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency in technical tasks and procedures.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to interpret and follow written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule-based instructions.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
Education

While a formal degree is not required, relevant vocational training or equivalent experience is preferred.

Travel Requirement

This role may require domestic and potentially international travel up to 10%.
