Location: Orange, CA
Salary: $23.00 USD Hourly - $32.00 USD Hourly
Description: The Judge Group is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep Sr. for a great healthcare client in Orange, CA!!

Type of Engagement: 6 Month Contract
Start Date: ASAP

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Will be first line of contact for company members and providers.
• Assist members and providers with questions related to the Medi-Cal programs for Orange County.
• Resolve member inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively.
• Provide information regarding eligibility, enrollment, benefits and services to company's eligible members and providers.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 Years call center customer service experience required.
• Bilingual in English and in one of company's defined threshold languages (Arabic, Farsi, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese) highly preferred
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position such as those listed above is also qualifying.
