Position: Customer Service Rep
Pay: $22 per hour / Bilingual $23 per hour
Location: Onsite, San Diego
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30-4:30pm (hours may vary)

R esponsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing customers and assist with helping them utilize product
Support a high volume of emails and calls
Basic social media exepereince helpful
Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
Provide excellent cutomer service
Document customer interactions into database
Review the level of service per account and provide customer recommendations
Experience working in a call center environment
Bilingual Spanish helpful
