What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute personalized, customer-first campaigns and events that drive brand engagement and pipeline growth.
  • Support the planning and execution of external events (virtual and in-person), working closely with alliance, industry, and sales teams to create impactful marketing programs.
  • Assist in developing internal communications and materials, such as campaign overviews, enablement presentations, and results summaries, to enhance stakeholder awareness and engagement.
  • Contribute to Data Storytelling for Elevated Customer Experience (ECX) programs, partnering with senior leaders to develop client-facing materials, such as the Q1 Sourcebook.
  • Work with the Data Design team to help program manage the development of the Slalom Data Design Language System, contributing to design definitions and signature content creation.
  • Assist in data management tasks for data dashboards, including gathering requirements, sourcing data, validating data, and creating specifications.
  • Contribute to the creation of a new Slalom Style Guide, with a focus on data design, ensuring consistency and clarity in visual and data-related content.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary range is $25 to $32 per hour. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
