Digital Analyst
Locations: Remote, Austin (Headquarters), Palo Alto, San Francisco, Chicago
Position Summary
As a digital analyst, you will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to develop and implement digital analytics solutions that deepen our understanding of user engagement across the organizations various products. You will leverage your analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude to drive continuous optimization of digital initiatives, and your strong communication skills will help bridge the gap between technical data and strategic insights.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to design and implement digital solutions that enhance our understanding of user engagement and behavior.
- QA and troubleshoot tracking issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data collection processes.
- Create and manage comprehensive event tracking plans, along with detailed documentation.
- Promote a data-driven culture within the organization, advocating for best practices in analytics and data usage.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), enabling ongoing optimization of our digital initiatives.
- Clearly communicate findings and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding and facilitating informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude) and data visualization software (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with analytics implementations and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with data manipulation is a plus.
Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000

Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.
