Job Description:
The Judicial Branch is a state-funded Branch of Government that offers medical/dental/vision, $20,000 free basic life insurance, state-matched 156% retirement plan, 13 paid holidays, earned paid vacation and sick leave, and more.
This position is responsible for administering and managing the Judicial Branch online learning management system (LMS), distance learning technology, and other learning platforms. Responsibilities may include overseeing the daily operations, evaluation and maintenance of the learning management system; creating end-user accounts based on users' needs; providing technical support to users and internal staff; maintaining and updating resources for online courses; maintaining annual compliance process for judicial education requirements; monitoring the effectiveness of learning programs; conducting research for new methods and practices; maintaining proper documentation and training materials related to the learning programs; maintaining and evaluating all technology equipment and arranging for system maintenance; work with subject matter experts in developing, designing, and creating, and evaluating online training modules; managing helpdesk database; and working with vendors regarding fees, data storage, and technical issues. This position would be eligible for remote work.
Essential Duties:
1. Oversees the daily operations of the learning management system including
creating and maintaining end user accounts, providing technical support
relating to the system and ensuring delivery of training content and programs.
2. Develops, designs, and creates online trainings.
3. Develops documentation and maintains resources to assist users in using and
navigating learning management system.
4. Maintains annual compliance process for judicial education requirements.
5. Monitors the effectiveness of learning management system and conducts
research on new methods and best practices for operating learning
management system.
6. Communicates with vendors regarding fees, system storage, and technical
issues.

Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or related fields; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
All educational credits must be granted from an accredited institution approved by the U.S. Dept. of Education.
