American Battery Solutions has a full-time opening for an ERP Master Data Coordinator - Temporary in Springboro, Ohio.

Job Summary

The ERP Master Data Coordinator - Temporary is tasked to collect, set up parts, ensure data quality, compliance, consistency, and master data in the PLEX system.

Responsibilities

• Determine and validate correct material master data for all materials for all products.
• Support Logistics team members in the creation, maintenance and quality review of all master data entered in the ERP system.
• Maintain and Track CN, and Deviations Spreadsheet.
• Enter part numbers in the ERP system.
• Ensure documents are attached to the proper location, revision levels in the ERP system.
• Adhere to federal and state regulations.
• Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
• Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
• Predictable and reliable attendance.

Position Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Supply Chain experience.
• Experience with MRP and ERP systems desired, previous PLEX ERP system preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communicator, capable of concisely presenting detailed status information to stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills tracking numerous parts, documents, and processes.
• Self-motivated problem solver; pays attention to the details.
• Abides by safety standards and protocols.
