Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Executive Assistant to join their team on a contract basis. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative company by providing seamless executive support via calendar management, travel booking, event coordination, and more. This is a hybrid role for candidates local to Seattle, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless complex calendar management, scheduling external, internal, and sensitive meetings across multiple teams and time zones, while proactively managing the executive's time and priorities.
- Own and execute business events and logistics related to goal planning, people-related initiatives, and leadership team offsites.
- Track and promote completion of important deliverables, following up on outstanding items.
- Plan end-to-end detailed domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Organize and prioritize time-sensitive information to ensure action required is addressed.
- Manage coordination and submission of expense reports.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant managing complex calendars.
- Experience working with senior management and collaborating across departments, up to and including C-level executives.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external partners and vendors.
- Experience driving items independently in an ambiguous, high-growth organization.
- Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
