Job Summary of the Facilities Maintenance Technician II The Facilities Maintenance Technician II will work with Facilities Management to support daily operations by performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting utility & processing equipment & systems. Looking for a self-starter needing minimal instruction and/or supervision
Requirements of the Facilities Maintenance Technician II - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and write the English language fluently
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance
- Experience is working in Food, Pharmaceutical and/or FDA-regulated environments desirable
- Experience in working with Blue Mtn CMMS is desirable
- Able to work 2nd shift (4pm - 1130pm, M-F)
Responsibilities of the Facilities Maintenance Technician II The specific duties of the Facilities & Maintenance Technician II include but are not limited to:
- Performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on the following utility equipment:
- HVAC equipment including Boilers Chillers & AHUs
- Water purification systems
- Pumps
- Motors
- Compressors
- Processing equipment including Incubators & Pumps
- Read and understand MEP drawings
- Read and understand schematics
- Gown in clean room attire for work in the cGMP processing areas
- Follow GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
- Familiarity with powered and manual hand tools
- Ability to operate a variety of meters for diagnostics.
- Provide responsive customer support with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Work in a collaborative team environment and interact with other functional groups such as engineering, quality, regulatory and operations.
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Performs other duties as directed by Facilities Management

Hourly Pay Range
$23.33-$29.17 USD
Axogen is on a hybrid work schedule for some of our positions based out of our headquarters in Florida, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The hybrid work schedule does not include sales or facilities in Ohio or Texas.
