Summary/Objective

We are seeking a Financial Services GTM & Sales Leader who has experience building and driving Financial Services Technology services practice to join us in a key role within our overall strategy. This person will be responsible for various pre and post sales activities; marketing content; Industry PoVs.

Reports to

President and Global Head of Simplus

Job Duties:

  • Designing advanced and integrated solutions to enable client success while being an advisor for them on Salesforce Financial Services offerings and industry trends and opportunities
  • Creating clear Points of View and innovative solutions (Financial Services Cloud, Service, Marketing, Commerce Clouds; CPQ, Data and Integrations) and work with pre-sales and marketing to drive Go to Market
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with key internal partners, clients and industry contacts
  • Demonstrate and present custom solutions based on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem
  • Drive Business Development activities and own Pre-Sales, Sales, Opportunity Closure and ongoing relationship management
  • Maintaining client and project team contact to review solution creation and implementation; be the primary contact and resident expert in our Financial Services Solutions; assist in the development of reusable assets (for clients and Simplus)
  • Be a voice with analysts, customers, our part Salesforce, and with our employees on Financial Services and lead public speaking engagements
Required Education and Experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in CRM Professional Services and owning $100 Million plus revenue and P&L
  • Proven track record of success with Financial Services Advisory and consulting led Sales
  • Experience building and driving Financial Services Technology services practice with focus on Sales, Delivery and owning revenue margin targets
  • Has direct industry experience from either driving enterprise engagements or working directly within industry i.e.
    • Banking
    • Wealth Management
    • Capital Markets
  • Relationships / connections with Salesforce financial services Leadership Teams (Sales, Product, Industry, Alliances, ISV ecosystem)
  • Deep knowledge of Financial Services Cloud as well as related Salesforce product and the ISV/AppExchange products
  • Has a point of view on industry trends and go to market assets
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position from home (remotely) or in our SLC, Utah headquarters. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Travel

Some travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
