Salary/Position Classification

• 16.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 10 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results
• Assist with preparing class materials, including handouts and presentations
• Grade student assignments
• Assist with organizing and participating in outreach programs like science fairs and workshops

Minimum Requirements

• Must be majoring in Forensic Science
• Must have completed both FS 345 and FS 346
• Enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit for the employed academic semester
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
