Front Desk Receptionist

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, emails, and providing general administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic office software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
• Maintain and update records and documents using basic Excel and Word
