About the Role

The Integrated Marketing Operations Manager-Global manages the strategic and operational aspects of integrated marketing initiatives and oversees global signage projects. This role involves leading & optimizing the global signage initiatives as a part of the integrated marketing ecosystem. The Integrated Marketing Operations Manager-Global oversees the seamless integration of marketing strategies and operations across multiple channels and platforms, with a focus on managing the in-store marketing support and budget for all of Claire's and Icing. This role ensures that marketing efforts are cohesive and efficient, driving maximum impact and alignment with overall business objectives. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and strong collaboration skills.

  • Lead the development and execution of seasonal in-store sign kits and support the day-to-day signage needs.
  • Manage global signage projects, including set up, quoting, design, production, and installation, to ensure consistency with brand standards and regional requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to oversee the timely development and deployment of signage across various markets.
  • Ensure that all signage materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Streamline marketing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across channels.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance marketing operations.
  • Implement best practices for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Document processes with inputs, outputs, timelines, owners and where to find resources (signage, budget, campaign development through to go-to-market.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing operations and signage projects, ensuring cost-effective execution.
  • Monitor and track expenditures and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Develop and present regular reports and dashboards on signage metrics and operational efficiencies to track progress, inform strategic decisions and identify areas for testing and/or improvement.
  • Work closely with Global partners throughout marketing, Store Ops, Merchants, Planning and other departments to align marketing operations with broader business goals.
  • Serve as a key liaison between marketing teams and external partners/vendors to ensure successful execution of integrated initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external signage vendors and marketing partners, ensuring compliance with contracts and quality standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee the selection of suppliers and service providers
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail and marketing operations, with at least 3 years of experience managing global signage projects
  • Proficiency with and/or the intense willing to learn marketing operations and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Media Centre, Canopy)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with in-store presentations, operations.
  • Experience in budget management and financial planning.
  • Experienced with working with internal Finance/Accounting teams: Understand how to code invoices to GL accounts and multiple companies, understand accruals and prepaids
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly
