Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director

Location: Hybrid (San Jose/San Francisco)
Length: W2 Contract Until End of Year, (No C2C) with potential for long term extension

Job Description:

The Brand Creative team seeks a talented Art Director and Creative Leader. You will be an innovative visual storyteller capable of conceptualizing and designing compelling, brand-building creative across various formats-from short films and Instagram stories to landing pages and out-of-the-box ideas. You should be able to explain your concepts clearly and guide them through execution.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop creative for video, social media, onsite, offsite display, and more.
• Review, strengthen, and approve creative projects by outside agencies.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including copywriters, designers, videographers, social strategists, marketing managers, and planning partners.
• Present creative work to key stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
• Execute engaging, data-driven work that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and standards.
• Ensure visual style consistency across teams and channels, meeting brand and accessibility/platform standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, New Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years of graphic design experience, including motion graphics, responsive design, and other areas such as video, photo, and print.
• A stellar portfolio showcasing a wide range of complex, creatively diverse, high-profile brands and projects.
• Strong concepting skills with the ability to develop ideas into impactful creative.
• Expert knowledge of desktop, mobile, display, and social spaces/technicalities/best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Blender is a plus.
• Understanding of Figma for creating and collaborating.
• Strong typography and composition skills; hand-drawn elements are a plus.
• A collaborative attitude, openness to sharing ideas, and the ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks from various stakeholders.
• Strong Photoshop skills.
