Overview
This is a seasonal position from early April 2025 to early November 2025. I-94 must be valid till April 1. This posting is for IN COUNTRY H2Bs only, if you are out of country your application will NOT be considered. If you do not need visa sponsorship, please apply to the regular posting.

Accelerate your culinary career and join our team as a Sous Chef! We are seeking a passionate and creative individual who will collaborate with our talented culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Sous Chefs will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables,
desserts, and other food items, ensuring the cleanliness of their work areas, and ensuring that orders are prepared
in a timely fashion. May supervise up to twenty (20) Cooks, twenty (20) Prep Cooks, and twenty (20) Dishwashers.
Supervisory duties include directing the culinary team's presentation and portioning of food according to property
standard, communicating daily with the Executive Chef for an update regarding planning, staffing, and internal
procedures, completing daily food requisitions and daily specials, assisting in the hiring, training, and disciplining of
culinary staff in accordance with company policies and procedures, ordering food quantities, overseeing production
for banquet food operations alongside purchasing, banquet management, and Executive Chef, ensuring all clean up
duties are completed throughout the day and at the end of night, and coordinating and supervising the food
preparation for dining service and banquet events.
