Job Duties:
* Collaborate with managers to schedule workers
* Facilitate communication with employees, addressing inquiries and providing support.
* Oversee onboarding for workers, conducting in-person sessions to train employees on timecards, benefits, and policies.
* Manage employee absences, leave requests, and training records.
Requirements:
* Bilingual in Spanish
* High school diploma required
* 1+ year(s) of previous HR experience
* Construction industry experience is a plus!
* Previous experience in recruiting is a plus!
Additional Info:
* Pay range: $55,000 to $65,000
* Schedule: 9 am-6 pm Monday - Friday
* Location: 100% in office
