**6-month long contract position!**

Job Description:
* Efficiently manages payroll processing and HR administrative services, handling inquiries and requests via a ticket system.
* Provides expert guidance to business users, collaborating with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll for the U.S. and Canada.
* Facilitates data exchange with payroll providers, ensuring quality control and insightful payroll reporting.
* Oversees salary adjustments, bonus payments, and key documentation (e.g., contracts, and certificates) throughout the employee life cycle.
* Supports local benefits administration, including insurance enrollments, pension plans, and company car arrangements, while serving as a backup for benefits and leave administration.
* Safeguards sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and employee privacy.

Requirements:
* Highschool diploma or GED
* 2 years of HR experience - payroll, benefits administration
* Experience in ADP Workforce Now is a plus!

Additional Info:
* Pay: $25-35/hr
* Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
* Location: HYBRID - 2x work from home per week
* Type: Temporary - 6-month long contract (through June 30th)
