Ultimate Staffing is assisting a client that is seeking a, HR Associate for their office in Houston (Westchase area). This is a full time position with a pay rate of $24.00 - $25.00/hr. depending on experience!

This is an In Office position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

We are seeking candidates with 2+ years of recent HR support experience in an office environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent HR experience in an office setting
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelors Degree is strongly preferred, but not required
• Proficency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Responsibilities include:

• Provide clerical support to the HR department
• Assist with training, orientation, enrollment, event planning, etc
• Assist with documentation, auditing HR files, payroll, and drafting paperwork
